Induction is an ongoing research about possible systems for coordinating decision making in big improvising ensembles through non-verbal communication.
Here I’m collecting some material including writings, reflections, bibliography.
This is the first public text about Induction, in the form of a small research. I was writing this paper in May 2025 as a presentation connected to Induction Assembly #2.

Induction Assembly #1 is the first large scale tryout of this system, and happened during Open Creation Space at Musik-Akademie Basel on Dec. 16th, 2024.

With Induction I want to question leadership and how much we still need leaders. And, if and when we need them, which kind of leaders could they be and what part of our lives they should lead.
Induction is strongly inspired by left and anarchic political movements, that believed in self-determination, mutual aid, voluntary association, direct democracy
